The sleeveless indigo dress

This dress was sewn for the wedding I went to this summer, but I decided to not wear this dress, as I was not happy with the colors on me.

I had sewn this dress with ¾ sleeve before I removed them for my mom, who bought the dress from me.

The color on this dress did suit my mother more than it did to me.

In addition, my mother had bought a grey stretch lace and asked me if I could sew a cardigan from it. I of course said I could do so (because I know how nice it is to have cardigans, but I barely have any myself) and she has worn it with this dress and other dresses that I have sewn for her.

I think I am going to take a break from sewing indigo dresses, because none of them has been very successfully fitting for my body. Either I have to change some of the pattern pieces or I just have to find the right fabric.
